Welcome to NextCollege. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the NextCollege website, mobile applications, and educational services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

1. User Accounts and Responsibilities

To utilize certain features of NextCollege, such as the personalized college predictor and option form generator, you may be required to register an account.

• Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date academic information (including CET/JEE scores, ranks, and reservation categories). NextCollege is not liable for incorrect predictions resulting from inaccurate data entry.
• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Disclaimer of Guarantees (Important)

NextCollege operates as an informational and predictive tool to assist students during the admission process. Please note the following carefully:

• No Admission Guarantee: The college cutoff predictions, probability scores, and suggested option forms provided by our algorithms are based strictly on historical data and past trends. They do NOT guarantee admission into any specific college, university, or academic branch.
• Final Authority: The final seat allocation and admission process are conducted exclusively by the respective state or central competent authorities (e.g., State CET Cell, JoSAA). NextCollege has no affiliation with or influence over these official bodies.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The Platform and its original content, features, proprietary algorithms, databases, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of NextCollege and its licensors. Our trademarks, logos, and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

4. Acceptable Use and Platform Conduct

You agree not to use the Platform in any way that is prohibited by these Terms. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Use automated scripts, web scrapers, or bots to extract data (such as college lists or cutoffs) from our databases.
• Attempt to bypass or manipulate our algorithms or payment gateways.
• Share premium account access or customized option lists with multiple users outside of fair personal use.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall NextCollege, nor its directors, employees, partners, or mentors, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of data, loss of an academic year, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or inability to access the Platform's predictions or services.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
