1. Source of College Images

NextCollege relies heavily on our vibrant community to gather visual data. The majority of the college images, campus photographs, and media featured on our platform are:

• Voluntarily submitted by current students studying in those respective colleges.
• Provided by college alumni or our network of campus ambassadors.
• Sourced from publicly available, open-source domains where fair use is permitted.

2. No Ownership Claim

NextCollege makes no claim of copyright ownership over the college campus images displayed on our website and applications. The intellectual property rights, copyrights, and trademarks belong exclusively to their respective owners, photographers, or the educational institutions themselves. These images are used purely for educational, informational, and non-commercial visualization purposes under the principles of fair use.

3. Takedown Requests & Copyright Infringement

We deeply respect the intellectual property rights of creators and institutions. We understand that despite our crowdsourced nature, a copyrighted image may occasionally be uploaded to our platform without explicit authorization.

If you are a college official, administrator, or a photographer who holds the copyright to an image displayed on NextCollege and you wish for it to be removed, please notify us immediately.

To submit a takedown request, please email us with the following details:

• The exact URL (link) of the page where the image is located on our website.
• Proof of your affiliation with the college or proof of copyright ownership.
• Your official contact information.

Upon receiving a valid request, our team will promptly review the submission and remove the image from our servers within 48 to 72 business hours, no questions asked.
